Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team at a private game reserve in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, and leading a dedicated team. You will report directly to the Executive Chef who oversees the entire reserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and execution.
