Chef Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a young and dynamic Chef to manage a Culinary Studio. The Chef Manager will oversee cooking classes, manage class schedules, handle bookings, and ensure smooth operations of culinary activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking, teaching, and developing new recipes, with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead diverse cooking classes for various skill levels and cuisines.
  • Manage class schedules and coordinate bookings.
  • Host classes, workshops, and special events.
  • Ensure high quality and presentation of all dishes.
  • Oversee kitchen and studio operations, including inventory and ordering.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and administrative tasks.
  • Engage with customers and ensure a positive experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with participants to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent required.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring with diverse culinary skills.
  • Experience in a cooking school, culinary studio, or educational setting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; enjoys working with people.
  • Knowledge of current food trends and sustainable cooking practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with recipe writing, class scheduling, and invoicing preferred.
