Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Brand Chef to lead the culinary direction of our group of four boutique restaurants. The ideal candidate will oversee menu development, maintain food quality standards, and manage kitchen operations across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize menus for all restaurants.
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Lead and manage kitchen staff. – Control food costs and manage inventory.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
- Expertise in European cuisine.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
